Connected Worker Presentation

The Connected Worker solution is an industrialized and patented solution that leverages the latest technologies, allowing field workers to access their daily work orders in multimedia rich formats, connect with remote experts via video calls, or share real time feedback through voice, images or videos.

In addition to ADDS Core services, the Connected Worker solution is composed of 3 collaboration tools that can be customized as per specific requirements:

The Procedure Editor makes it possible to easily create and customize complex multimedia rich work instructions. These step by step digital instructions, called procedures or workflows, can contain Text, Images, Videos, Audio, Augmented Reality Unity bundles, Sensors, etc. It is a smart tool that also enables to include options such as requests for the field worker to provide a digital signature or specific inputs. The Editor manages conditional navigation within a procedure. Once published, the digital procedure is available on the Connected Worker Dashboard and the Connected Worker Application.

The Connected Worker Dashboard offers work order management and scheduling. While ADDS can integrate with any external scheduling system (such as SAP), it also offers the possibility to create Work Orders directly from the Connected Worker Dashboard. The Connected Worker Dashboard is an ergonomic and multifunctional tool that enables to create, manage and assign work orders that can contain specific tasks such as providing the worker with a simple text to read, following a digital procedure or performing a material check. The Connected Worker Dashboard also enables to provide live video support to a field worker with the use of the Over The Shoulder Coaching functionality that includes a chat, live video and /or audio stream, the possibility to edit and annotate live remotely captured pictures, the possibility to share a screen and the possibility to invite several attendees to a call. It is also a tool that enables to consult and analyze data and feedback provided by the field worker: issues encountered, time spent on a procedure, sensors data, etc.

The Connected Worker Application is device agnostic and can be used on all types of device such as smart glasses, smartphones, tablets and laptops. It provides field workers with instant notifications of work orders and access to detailed multimedia rich procedures. It is also possible to request remote live video and audio guidance from experts and share real time feedback with image or video files.
