Boris Lacroix, CEO

As CEO of Digiplug, Boris Lacroix has led the company to become a leading provider of mobile music distribution. Prior to joining Digiplug, Boris Lacroix served as Director of Product Marketing at Openwave systems Inc (previously Phone.com, Inc) where he was responsible for regional product requirement and the market launch process for EMEA.

Before Openwave, Boris Lacroix spent 7 years at SFR (French mobile division of Cegetel) where he led GSM customer services. In other positions held, he also led product marketing for mobile internet services within the strategy and marketing division. In particular, he was responsible for launch of SMS, mobile e-mail and WAP services.

Boris Lacroix began his career at SR Teleperformance, a leading provider of call center solutions.


Vincent Cabanel, COO

Prior to Joining Digiplug, Vincent was CFO & Board Member of various successful private equity back companies, including In-Fusio, world leader in Mobile Gaming. During his tenure as CFO Vincent successfully completed several significant financing rounds and implemented an aggressive external growth strategy.

Prior to In-Fusio, Vincent was Financial Controller EMEA at Vodafone Group. In total Vincent brings over 10 years of experience working for mobile telephony leaders such as France Telecom, T-Mobile, Virgin Mobile and Vodafone.

Vincent holds a Master of Science specializing in Finance, and a three-year degree in Law.
